The best thing about this software package has been its ability to have multiple users working in different locations at once without any problems or interruptions! It's also great that it can be accessed from anywhere via our mobile devices as well.

I dislike how some of my coworkers don't seem too fond of using their computers during work hours because they prefer having access through other means such as phone calls/texts etc., which makes me feel like we're not utilizing what could potentially help us out more efficiently when there are issues occurring outside office time (i.e.: client). This helps keep track of everything within one place so if something does come up while you aren’t present then your manager will know immediately who needs assistance instead of waiting until after business hours before contacting them directly.
