Very helpful but complicated and intimidating

I like that it has so many different options in terms of what you can do as far as scheduling appointments or contacting customers etc! It's very easy to use once your used too much other software such as Outlook/Exchange Server - which was really hard at first because everything else we had before this program wasn't compatible. The only thing about IService is if there are multiple people using one computer they sometimes get confused when trying to go back into their calendar after beingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Keeps track records straight forwardly allowing both employee & supervisor alike simple monitoring system available anytime anywhere.etc.,..allot easier way !!!!!! :)..than keeping paper copies..; ).and also keep record history...in fact....its all good...:)..I am glad my employer uses........IServices

Great way for employees and managers alike

The best thing about this software package has been its ability to have multiple users working in different locations at once without any problems or interruptions! It's also great that it can be accessed from anywhere via our mobile devices as well. I dislike how some of my coworkers don't seem too fond of using their computers during work hours because they prefer having access through other means such as phone calls/texts etc., which makes me feel like we're not utilizing what couldโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Can easily log into account remotely either by myself remote computer, tablet device; iPhone no special setup necessary for most accounts.
  • Manages all team members individually with clear insight
  • Allows both managers & clients easy visibility over task progress updatesAllowing an efficient flow between everyone involved throughout project management process
Cons
  • If anything fails due server error message sent is less than helpful
