Review on 🎧 Enhanced Connectivity with Plantronics Explorer 110 Bluetooth Wireless Headset - Retail Packaging by Lance Story

Okay I'm a long time buyer of Plantronics bluetooth products and have had previous models including M100, M180, E500 etc so I really wanted to like this 100 series model. I like the function of the top button (rather than the previous button) and it seems to be of the same quality as I expected. (My problem is I keep losing damn things.) However, less than 3 months after purchasing this item it has stopped connecting! It connects for 5 seconds and then unfortunately loses connection. Not sure if this is a defective item or if it is a Chinese fake (because the minimal packaging was suspicious and said 'retail packaging' which none of the others have) but the suction cup has stopped working and is useless! Also, when I scan bluetooth on my phone, this item shows as "1XX" model which is "not supported"! I've always bought from Plantronics so I'll probably try again. But I'll stick with other models that seem to be of better quality. In fact, the previous E500 model that I bought had a problem with the volume buttons (the bottom volume up button stopped working) which is why I switched to the 100 series. Obviously a mistake.
