Review on Anker USB C Car Charger 48W with Power Delivery for iPhone 12, Galaxy, Pixel, iPad Pro & More by Chris Lemm

I've become a huge Anker fan. They make a quality product that does what it says on the tin and I now turn to them for cables and chargers for all my electronics. However, I recently had an issue with one of their new high quality "car" chargers that I was planning to use on my car. Boot (48W - 30W for my MacBook and 18W for my iPhone). When I connected it to my boat it didn't work. I sent it back to Revain, got a replacement and got the same result. So I called Anker support and spoke to Bobby. I explained the problem and explained that it could be my boat or a product. I asked if they had any trouble with this SKU. He said no but contacted the technical department who asked me to send it over so they could investigate. Meanwhile, Bobby sent me another replacement and offered to let me know what they found. In the meantime, I examined the charging port wiring on my boat and found that it was not properly connected (positive/negative wire reversed). I fixed the wiring and tested it with a cheap charger to see if it would work and it did. When I saw that I was the problem I went back to Bobby and offered to pay for a new one he had just sent. He said Anker wanted me to enjoy it, no further action was needed. I was very impressed with the service provided. Instead of ignoring my problem, they asked me to return the faulty product so they could figure out what could be wrong. Bobby took the time to explore options and came back to me with a more than satisfactory solution at every step. This is customer service now!
