One of the biggest issues was that there wasn't much in between the client and me, we had no way of communicating outside of email (which only worked sometimes). I would have appreciated more direct communication with customers, especially when i needed something right away! There were times when i couldn't get the info i wanted about a specific order from the customer because it would take days for the email to send out a response. The integration of the different parts of opta floor helped us figure out how to set things up to get information easily to each other.
