If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Based on the description of the fins on Revain, I had so many colors to choose from that I settled on pink. I was looking forward to getting the fins as I had no idea what they would be. I was really impressed with all the materials. These things weren't cheap and were really durable. I adjusted them and the strap was too tight and didn't know how to loosen it. I even went to YouTube to find out, it helped a bit but still took me about half an hour. I think they were just new and tight and that was fine as I didn't want them to break while on a snorkeling trip. I wrote a review about the company based on my experience. The company responded immediately and I have never received such great customer service. I was glad the company just listened to me about the belt and the issues I was having, even though I found out. The company said they would be happy to send me an extra strap if something broke during my trip. This really calmed me down as I was worried about not being able to use the pink fins. I have just received a package with two straps although the straps on the pair of fins I bought for the trip were not used. The company just wanted to reassure me. YOU DEFINITELY HAVE THIS and I will definitely be buying all of my grandkids fins from this company. We live by a lake and I know how much you will enjoy it. I would highly recommend this company and want to thank them for their great product and customer service. Thank you for listening to me.
