I really want to go to reusable straws but I'm having trouble finding the right one. Metal straws have a fun metallic taste to me, and silicone/plastic straws trap smells and flavors that never go away no matter how carefully you clean them. Glass straws are what I need! I like that they are clear so I can SEE they are clean and don't add any flavoring or aroma. They're glass so I have to be careful, but they're very strong. I dropped one on a wooden floor and it didn't break. Very happy with my purchase! Oh, they're big enough for my really big water bottles too.
