This is a gift for a young girl so I can't say I've used this product but it's colorful and attractive and I think it will look great. Since this will be a teenager who is probably new to makeup, I have a suggestion for you. Consider an appendix naming the colors, which parts are blush, eyeshadow, etc. There you will find the names of scents in a candy box. The happy/unhappy card was a nice touch, and the follow-up email shows you care about your customers, so I'm responding.
