These are custom made car seat covers - be aware they do not fit entirely and may have some areas that do not fit like a glove. They are designed to be suitable for a variety of locations. In addition, the photos were taken immediately after installation. Only time will tell if creases/wrinkles will be smoothed out with use. When you open these seat covers (they came in very nice packaging) there is a smell of material that needs to be removed (bleeds). This is normal for synthetic materials that have not had an opportunity to fully remove the gas prior to packaging. I just unpacked all the seat covers and laid them out in the garage for the night. The next morning the smell was gone. I can only recommend this. The instructions direct you to install videos that also help. I installed car seat covers many years ago so I was familiar with the process. This prior knowledge made the installation easy for me, especially since it was a minivan where I had access to the front, rear and lower seats (the seats swivel and can also be easily removed). The faux leather (sides and back) is very thin and you must be careful not to pull too hard on any of the straps during installation as this could tear the stitching. It is not a weight belt - it is only used to hold the case in place and minimize wrinkling/movement. The seat covers do not have holes for the armrests, so you will need to remove the armrests and cut holes in the side material to attach them. Not difficult but you have to make sure you get it right before you cut. Same goes for the rear headrests - you'll need to cut holes for them too. The center seat covers had velcro for the headrests, so there are no openings. Another installation note - in my last photo (where you can see the split seat cover folded) there is an extra set of thin zippered mesh pieces. (they come in 2 pieces, zipped together as 1 piece) which can be used in a separate bench. I chose to use them as side panels for the upper seatbacks as they allow you to fold down the benches individually without having to open the seat cover. In this configuration, if you wish to remove the bench seat, you will need to unzip the underside of the seat along the seam/zipper to separate the bench seat. Instead, you can use mesh panels along the backrest and underside of the seat to avoid unzipping during storage, but one side of the split bench will not be covered. Since I don't stow the seats often, I would have liked a tidier seatback. the seams in the artificial leather (the seam on the seat) have completely come undone. I noticed a hole in the seam (about 2-3 cm long) during installation and immediately removed the seat padding. Instead of sending back replacement covers, I simply sewed the seam after sewing and repaired it myself. I blame quality control as it was quite a large seam to skip. Having said that, I would not install a case with such a defect as it would quickly disintegrate in use and render this case unusable. Key Takeaway = Check your stitching BEFORE installing to make sure the covers are in order. Aside from that one bad stitch, the cases look and feel great! They were only a week old but still hold up well to being carried by children. I'll update this if they fail or otherwise fall short of my expectations. My least favorite thing about the minivan was the center row headrests - the headrest covers are wider than the headrests and don't look very good. I haven't installed them much, but after everything is in the van you can touch them up a bit to make them look better. Again, these are semi-custom cases. Overall I love the seat covers and hope the photos installed will help my 2012 Kia Sedona friends get an idea of what they will look like in their minivan.
