Perfect for my 13 year old shower!

We installed the Delta 1400 series in 2008 when we first moved in. The handle came off after a good life. This grip is nice and tight and works like a champ! I suggest putting some lube on the set screw, especially if you have hard water like we do. The old one was very difficult to remove because of the deposits.
