I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

I was looking for a fast processor that would serve for the next 5 years and not get warm (before that, I used only AMD and was very upset by the throttling of the processor due to its overheating). Intel produces a temperature 2 times lower, under the same conditions as AMD (AMD 60-65 degrees, Intel - 31-40). The tasks were very different - from encoding and rendering video, to a web server and a gaming station. The processor is doing great. I thought at first to take a bulldozer, because. cheaper, but after reading the reviews on the Internet changed his mind. And indeed - according to all tests, this processor works faster, even in 8-threaded mode, it overtakes 8 cores of a bulldozer with 4 cores and HyperTrending.

Pros

- Cold (with simple cooling 31 degrees in idle, 40 with an average load, 46-50 - max.) - 4 cores with HT work faster than 8 with a bulldozer - Fast video encoding and rendering with built-in video processor - Built-in dual-channel memory controller (according to Aida's tests for reading, writing and rewriting memory, it gives out 1st place, overtaking Xeon)
