I spent weeks researching Android Bluetooth tablets and finally settled on this one. The selling points were the keyboard and reviews. The package arrived a day early. Wonderful packaging and thought as advertised. I was supposed to get bonus items which was a cover and a screen protector (I thought) but got neither. There was a decent scratch on the screen, but I guess, well. It seemed to work fine, but after about 30 minutes it started pulling so badly that it became unusable. I rebooted and everything was fine and I figured it might be a one time thing. No, after about 30 minutes it slowly starts to crawl and has to constantly restart. I've deleted all apps and tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. On startup it works fine until I open the app. I'm pretty sure I received a defective tablet. I've had it for three days now and have given up. I plan on contacting Tablemart to see if they can send a replacement. I'll be posting an update talking about how my customer experience is evolving. I hate the rag on my tablet until I try a new device because I hope I got a lemon. back and when you receive it, send you a new one. Revan promptly sent a replacement. Not about TM. It arrived within a few days and I genuinely hoped I had a dud. Unfortunately this was not the case. This tablet had problems from the start. The construction took much longer. Pulled and frozen with a small app. Then the Wi-Fi connection became non-existent or very unstable. I reboot my home router but to no avail. Not to mention that I have devices at home that work with WiFi without any problems. Not sure why I got two "lemons" but I'm not risking a third lol. I'm sending these back too. This was my experience. There are a lot of good reviews so who knows. I can spend a few bucks more and try Lenova.
