Installed on a 2009 RX 350. Technically works but not properly. Something is wrong on the driver's side. The tail/brake light acts as a turn signal that fires about twice as fast as normal, and the amber position light that Lexus intended as a turn signal no longer works. With or without a trailer. The passenger side works perfectly. The wiring on the driver's side is too short. Again, it will do, so technically it works, but another 8 inches would help a lot. Installation was pretty easy. The video is available on YouTube. Agree with the other comment that the 12v hot wire shouldn't be black. Installation less than 2 hours.
