I waited a bit before posting my review. I have the 512GB version and use it as a boot drive on my Mac Pro and as a Time Machine backup. It was fairly error free when I formatted correctly. The speed is very fast as expected. Runs pretty cool and honestly no problems delivered. Now even better is the 1TB version ($179). Yes, the cable is tight, but that's not a problem for me. It is reportedly covered by a 3-year warranty if you register the product. I did this but have not received anything from the company and have not received a reply to my email. I hope this is not an indication of the level of customer service you can expect if you have to apply. Overall very happy with the product and just what I was looking for.
