Review on π Enhance Precision with HunterBee Portable Refractometer Resolution Instrument by Amrozi Goodall
Didn't work very well in tests, measurements and verification.
Unfortunately this very cool looking device was not calibrated and either looked broken or wasn't originally designed to work. At first I thought it was user error, but I asked my educated brother and sister-in-law to find out and it became clear that it just wasn't working. I even tested it with a popular ABV liquor and it was waaaaaay. I decided to step up and try something more expensive rather than asking for a replacement with the idea that you get what you pay for.
