I don't normally write product reviews but these flashlights blew me away! I have used these lights for outdoor Christmas wreaths. They were delivered the day after Thanksgiving. I turned on my Christmas lights at dusk and left them on until the next morning, which is about 10-12 hours every night until January 1st. I only had to change the batteries once. I was pleasantly surprised that they not only lasted, but stayed bright the whole time. Keep in mind that I live in North Florida so the weather is generally good. We had a couple of heavy downpours and some foggy days and I was sure that this would be the end of it. But they survived! The remote control wasn't great. It worked the first day, then it stopped. But it didn't matter much because the wreaths were on a pillar on my balcony and I had easy access to the battery box, which I attached to the back of the wreath. All in all, these lamps are worth their price.
