I like how quickly it can be set up for different types of tools (e-mail marketing etc.).

The toolkit has made my life easier by providing me with many options to help manage our email campaigns as well as other tasks that are required in order keep track of all customer data within one place! There really isn't anything at this point we dislike about using ItemToolkits services or products - they have been great so far!! We use their software daily across multiple teams from sales through service management; everything seems very organized & easy enough to navigate around without much effort needed.
