Update: After my initial check, I was contacted by customer service to help replace a failed faucet, despite the Revain return period having expired. With their help I was able to fix the faucet, but in the meantime they still sent an express replacement if I couldn't fix the first one. The problem was that the handle's internal mechanism allowed it to move side to side to adjust the temperature, but not up and down to open the water flow. It had to be disassembled and reinstalled to be fully functional. The faucet now works as expected and looks exactly how I wanted it to. 5 stars for the customer service of this company! Original: This faucet is beautiful and the price is right, unfortunately it does not work. water doesn't come out. The handle moves back and forth to switch between hot and cold, but does not move up and down to turn on the faucet. I've seen other comments and questions about the lack of water, so I think it might be a build issue for some items. All connections were properly connected and the inlet valves were open. As further proof that water was on and available, I noticed water dripping from the hoses after I unplugged the faucet. Having bought this a few months ago for my laundry room renovation which has just been completed I am very disappointed not to be able to use this beautiful faucet and now the return window has expired so it seems I am about to do so hold tight .
