Review on Clover Zippo Lighters by Luke Cotton

Bought this lighter as a gift for my brother. I personally don't smoke but have enjoyed the utility and quality of a Zippo lighter for years, having used it as a fire starter, for soldering the ends of paracord and even as a light source a few times (this is not the best use of the Zippo as it gets very hot becomes). The green enamel finish seems thick enough and of good quality, I expect it to wear well. The shamrock appears to be embossed as the brass is not enamelled in the shamrock pattern so this piece may need a polish from time to time. The lighter itself is a traditional Zippo windproof lighter which, despite excellent mechanical performance, requires refilling before first use and approximately every two weeks thereafter. My brother was very enthusiastic about this product and I will continue to buy Zippos for future lighting needs.
