They really work.: Cargo Racks
I bought these to use on my homemade roof rack - made from an old bed frame - they worked great - I had to tie the rack to the roof with rope didn't I? The suction cups do not stick by themselves. With screed and weight - they had good suction power - however, relying on that alone is not enough.
