I have read reviews of various stadium surfaces and I am very glad I chose this one. The one-piece construction is very good. I've seen some that are only stitched around the edges and are very uncomfortable. It's not like this. The fleece side is nice and soft and warm, while the waterproof side doesn't wrinkle or crunch like some others. Folding is not difficult, but will take a few minutes. I bought two and we used them a lot during softball tournaments in the cold/rainy fall. You are exactly what I wanted.
