Pros: KATI is a visually beautiful mug. The lid and the teapot fit perfectly and the tea stays warm for a long time, especially if you leave the lid closed. This is a heavy mug and it gets hot, but if you let it sit for a few minutes the outer casing will cool enough to touch. Cons: The weight and lack of a handle are both pros and cons of this mug. It is heavy and large enough that it may be difficult for the elderly or those with a lack of strength to pick it up and hold it. It keeps the tea warm for some time but also gets very hot on the outside so you have to wait before you can take it with ease. The lid is designed to be used as a dripper. It's loose and the hole is too small to drink from. I use a different teapot trap and leave the lid covered to keep the tea warm, then remove to take a sip.
