Installed on LG C9 TV and waste of time. Eventually, as the mount attaches to the 400 x 200 VESA template, the arm rests on itself, leaving the mount off the wall. it sticks out about 6-7 inches. In addition, it also interferes with the vertical angle of the TV, so you cannot adjust its tilt at all, which is why the TV is tilted downwards. In addition, this LG has a bottom bracket on the TV that covers the inputs (ethernet etc.) on the TV. Sanus also doesn't include proper mounts for this particular TV series. They include a length of M6 bracket (L35). , and for L15-L20 is required. I used Sanus' compatibility checker on their website to make sure it works with the TV. It absolutely doesn't work and I would avoid it for this or similar LG TVs and any VESA TVs with a 400x200 mount. I called Sanus customer service and they told me their compatibility checker only checks the VESA pattern and nothing else. They suggested sending an additional bracket that fixes the problem by creating a 400 x 300+ template that adds another 3/8 inch or so to the bracket sticking out of the wall. when in the fully retracted position (nearly 4 inches total). Long story short, avoid if you have a 400 x 200 VESA TV and especially if you have an LG TV with this pattern. Also, definitely don't trust the Sanus compatibility checker, it's completely useless except for the VESA pattern check.
