First of all, nothing gets more frustrating than when a nervous one-year-old opens this new toy and finds that not only are the batteries missing, but the two, four of them. So it's not like they just lie around at home. Bad product defect in my opinion. Then the worst. I got this toy and paid so much money for it precisely because it shoots balls that my son chases... Which is advertised as one of its two functions. Well, that's not true. After trying to spend an extra $15 on batteries to turn this thing on, I found that no matter which way I turned the "nose jet" it wouldn't shoot the balls. Text sometimes I can't even get the bullets out anywhere because the blower or something else isn't powerful enough I think. And since I just put in the right new batteries, it's obviously running at full speed. Well it's a joke. Overall a terrible toy, but complete bullshit when you spend more than $30 on it.
