Review on Enhanced Conductive Temperature Resistance Electrical Shielding by Shalom Germann

An important application ROOFING is not mentioned!

On cedar (or other) roofs, copper is required to prevent mold, moss and algae growth. Solid copper sheathing is very expensive, ten times the price of this copper tape, and requires tin snips and nails to drill holes in the roof. I used several rollers to lightly scrape the copper and tape it to my cedar rubble roof to keep the moss from collapsing. A few heavy rains have shown this copper foil tape to hold up well. In my opinion, this is the most useful application of this product.
