Don't put it in your nose! The white opal is just a thin piece of plastic that peeled off me after about a week. It's okay, I thought I'd wear it like a sturdy headband, but then my nose got so sore! How damn painful. So I take it out this morning and see that when the opal streak came loose there were blades of glory left to spin wheels in my goddamn nose. I've been drinking it for about 20 minutes now and already feel 80% better. Don't buy this crap, give it a try, it's worth it!
