This pump is for indoor use only as indicated on the label. It makes sense because there are holes for ventilation and what looks like a fan. This is not mentioned anywhere in the product description and the description mentions multiple outdoor uses as well as emphasizing the waterproofing of the powder coating on the pump body. I don't know how well the pump itself works as I needed a topical pump and when I saw the tag I immediately packed it up for return.
