This machine is quite compact yet powerful. Initially I was a bit worried about whether the circuits in my house (typically 15A, 20A or 50A max) would handle 100A+ when welding. But everything worked out: not a single circuit breaker worked. I'm a beginner so I started a small project using E7014 welding rods. I can't say I did a good job, but at least the welding machine worked as expected. If you are a beginner, be extra careful! Even 20A is no joke - it can fry you, not to mention the much higher amperages this welder can achieve.
