Review on Dorman 83472 Interior Door Handle - Front Driver Side for Hyundai Models by Bill Forbis

I bought this because of the guaranteed delivery date of two days after purchase instead of waiting a week elsewhere. It arrived on time and I installed it with no problems. Cables went into their brackets easily and installation was a breeze. However, the opening process wasn't the same and there was little movement between the handle and the lock switch when the handle was pressed. Since this lock button was gray and my original was tan, I took both apart to install the tan button. Here we noticed the difference. The standard part has a recess with a small spacer insert in the lower part of the handle, this part does not. SO. I moved all OEM parts to a Dorman mount and everything works/feels OEM. Looking back, I would have preferred to buy an OEM part off eBay for a lot less money. This part would be a good fit for less than $20 shipping but not at this price.
