After only a week of ownership of the vacuum cleaner, we set about emptying the canister. It literally fell apart. I contacted the company directly and was told they would send a replacement part and would send shipping information. It's been two weeks and they no longer respond to my emails. I like this vacuum cleaner for its lightness and good suction power. Now I stick to the garbage. UPDATE: After I wrote this review, the company contacted me and kept me updated with replacement parts. I have received the item and have a fully functional vacuum cleaner again. I like the lightness and lightness of this vacuum cleaner. The suction power is good. You did it right
