Great Customer Service and great Support if you need it! There is nothing that has ever been mentioned as a down side of using this app. If you want a great customer service experience from start to finish then I highly recommend taking the dive into this product! You will not regret it. The ability to track every product sold in every category is amazing! It's also very easy to customize how your products look and feel on the site. This software is very user friendly, it's easy to use and install, and has great customer service. It also integrates with several different payment gateways like Stripe, Braintree, etc. There are some features that I wish could be improved but they are small things. And they do have customer support if you need them. It's a good product for anyone who needs to accept payments online. They have been able to solve our problems of accepting online payments.
