I have an Inkjet HP All-in-One Photosmart 110a. The problem was that it jammed more and more when feeding, even with fresh paper. HP does not make cleaning products for its printers. So I used 2 of these sheets as directed. 1) They are so wet with solvent when first removed from the sealed package that they wet the leading edge of 5 or 6 sheets of plain paper under the cleaning sheet (according to the instructions). The feed rollers cut the first 1/16 inch of plain paper where they touched it. 2) The first sheet of cleaning paper picked up ink from the rollers and a black smudge from something else before it got stuck. When I took out the first cleaning sheet and put new plain paper under it (according to the instructions), the first sheet of cleaning paper was dry or almost dry. Then I ran a second cleaning sheet and it came out clean with no binding. After the cleaning sheet, I skipped a few blank sheets of plain paper. The pickup isn't perfect, but it works. After this experience, I looked very closely at the HP website and finally found instructions that call for cleaning the rollers with distilled water. For solution 4 see the following link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02096940 Update 29 July 2015: Despite difficulties in using it, I upgraded to 3 stars because the printer never stalled since use. In addition, the handle is almost completely flat.
