I like that you can use this for your business or personal certificate needs. It's easy enough to set up once it has been downloaded/installed but requires some technical knowledge (and patience) in order to get everything working properly as well as having all of its features configured correctly. The customer support team was very helpful at first when setting things up and they were also quick to respond whenever we had questions. We have not found any particular downsides yet with certifi; however there are plenty others out there so if something comes along better than what we currently offer check them out! You will be able to easily create an account using just about anyone's email address which makes onboarding users easier since most people already know how to do basic internet tasks such as sending emails etc.
