I don't quite understand the benefits of hydrogenated water, but this generator is easy to use. You charge the base station as if you were charging a phone. When it's charged, fill the bottle with water and press the button two or three times to infuse hydrogen for 5 or 10 minutes. You can see bubbles going through the water. Hydrogen does not improve the taste of water, but that is normal. Hydrogen water is not like seltzer. You won't notice any bubbles when you drink it. The glass is strong. I love that you can put hydrogen directly into a water bottle, although I probably won't use that feature. The generator comes with a direct hydrogen inhalation hose which I would not use. If you are looking for hydrogen water, this generator works well.
