Review on Automatic Aquarium Accuracy Submersible Thermometer by Carmen Winters

Before buying I looked at several feeders and read a lot of reviews. I was a bit skeptical based on some reviews. After receiving and setting up this feeder (it took me about 1 week) I am very satisfied. The feeder works great. I use it with muesli. I've found that the amount dispensed is much more consistent if you break up large flakes as you fill. I don't know how it is with granules. Using the manual feed button, I got the amount I wanted. I did it over a plate on the counter. My only concern is that over time the flakes will absorb moisture and clog the feeder. Not yet. The feeder is about 3-4 inches above the tank so I don't know if moisture will be an issue. If you are looking for a reasonably priced feeder for small to medium sized fish I wouldn't hesitate to buy this one. It's light, small and easy to set up. With crushed flakes I would say I can feed for about 2-3 weeks. I only feed my fish once a day, the feeder can be programmed for 3 feedings and there is a manual button to feed anytime.
