This cheap feeder has been working great for 2 months now. At first I bought it only for use during the holidays, but now I understand that it is very useful for daily feeding. Until recently I used a Penn-Plax Daily Double feeder. It took over a decade, but the food basket's plastic dried out and eventually the latches broke off.
