We used to have 2 wheeled carts tied to our hitch but they started to break and rust so it's time to find something new. After some serious research, this product seemed like the best option for us. It's made from durable material, has handles on each end for carrying when loaded (you need two people for this), comes with great nylon straps to attach to the stand and a small combination lock to prevent any possibility. -Look for thieves at rest stops. We used a cable lock (sold separately) to secure it to the stand. Using a larger container has allowed us to carry larger items than before. Storing this cargo bag is easy as it fits into its own small storage bag (also included). During many hours of riding in heavy rain, little moisture got under the valves and through the zipper. We have chosen to package some items in 18 gallon plastic containers and large vacuum bags in a cargo bag for ease of packing and to protect more moisture sensitive items. It worked pretty well. Overall I'm glad it was time for a change and it was definitely the right choice. I look forward to using it again on the next trip.
