Nice gloves. I originally got them back in 2013 because my welding instructor recommended that we use TIG gloves for oxyfuel welding. They're too thin to withstand all the heat from the metal and torch flame, so I just used medium-strength welding gloves instead. Even when I actually welded the TIG, the heat still reached a point where it was unbearable to continue without getting another fill rod. If you want them to last a while, don't handle sharp-edged metal too often. Cuts through gloves.
