I used the correct mixing ratio. I made sure I was indoors and not in a humid room. I tried what some of the comments said about heat to cure it. I haven't tried a pressure pot (which is just for squeezing out bubbles anyway). Suffice it to say that neither thin (1/10 inch) nor thick (half inch) will harden even after a week. Definitely not sandable after 24 hours, even after 72 hours. He seems to keep fighting as he's noticeably tougher now, so maybe he'll make it eventually. A runtime of 40 minutes is fine, but if you want something as hard as a piece of acrylic, *fast*. That wording doesn't seem to be what you want. I've used another before that had much less uptime and was very reliable overnight (but I couldn't use it for this complex project).
