OEM replacement for that pesky driver's mirror that didn't exist.

OEM replacement for an annoying driver's mirror that wouldn't reset when reversing. This also caused the seat to not adjust properly when starting the car. The replacement took about 15 minutes, 9 of which I figured out how to remove the mirror without damaging it (if you press it harder it pops off). Why didn't I do this 3 years ago?
