The tool offers an ability to integrate surveys/questionnaires into the platform. It is easy for administrators to manage the system, and you can also use it in real-time mode from mobile devices. I like that you can customize your survey easily as per your need. The system does integrate well with other software (such as OpenEMR) used by our office. Sometimes we get reports showing data only for selected dates. For example, if you select today's date, the report may show statistics for last week or even 10 days ago but not today. This is one of our biggest issues with this tool. You will have to keep updating the report with new dates every time. It's a great product for improving customer service. We've really seen improvement in the number of responses we receive in each month.
