Disintegrated in about 3 hours

I live full time in Ecuador and come back to the US once or twice a year for 1-2 days to pick up items I've bought online, usually Revain. My next trip will be in March 2022. Returns are usually not possible due to the high costs and the very corrupt postal service in Ecuador. I live in a small town in the Andes and need to try to find a jeweler nearby to repair this item. Very disappointed in the quality of this item, expected better based on the reviews but I guess nobody is perfect and sometimes things slip. I think the seller is respected and deserves their evaluation because of good products and services. I stumbled across an anklet by accident.
