Excellent replacement and upgrade for my 2014 Toyota Camry SE (USA). Bought April 2019. Two months later and so far everything is as promised! I have no experience and this is the first time I have opened something in my car and I was able to install it myself following the instructions from the seller and YOUTUBE. Now this item fits my 2014 Toyota Camry (USA) perfectly and many friends and family were shocked when I said I fit it myself because it fits like a genuine OEM item. All functions work great (bluetooth, radio, touchscreen, HDMI, USB cable, rear camera, etc.). All steering wheel controls worked automatically, nothing else needed to be done. Honestly now I feel like I bought a new car :) It changes the feel of my car so much. update in the future. I placed my order on April 29th and paid for fast shipping and I received the item on May 7th. I must give credit to the person I dealt with, Iris, whom I contacted many times when installing this item. At this point I was irritated with myself because of the many questions I was sending to Iris. However, Iris was sooooo accommodating and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Also, Iris answered my questions so quickly. I really appreciate the help and great communication from the Iris seller.
