The team was really good at listening to our needs for an ERP solution that would solve some long term issues we were having as well provide us with real time visibility into inventory across multiple locations. Nothing so far! They've been great but I think there could be more transparency around pricing given how much they spent building this tool out. Currently only chargeable users can see costs associated with each user role (e.g., Sales rep or Purchasing manager) when using Enterprise Inventory Manager. Not being able to look up total spend per location/user within my organization makes it difficult to ensure all areas are getting value for money. This will also make financial reporting easier down the line should we decide to move towards something like SAP SuccessFactors Financial Management System which does allow cost allocation by roles.
