The flexibility is great! It's easy to find someone that you can work out an arrangement with quickly. I love being able to have people over as often or not at all as suits me best - it gives us both more freedom than we've had before. There are so many benefits from this service which include cost saving (you don't need to pay rent anymore), hassle-free house/pet sitting when needed, increased safety etc. If there was anything I didn't like about THS then surely they would improve things by adding some extra features? For example, if my neighbour has children staying overnight could request them be moved into another room rather than having them sleep next door where possible. You get what you pay for but also expect good value for money too. We use House Sitting services because our landlord doesn't always want to let friends know when he won't be around himself and sometimes needs help during his absence. Having somebody else check up.
