Great product and works on small giant stairs with disclaimer

I used this with a Louisville Ladder FE3224 300lb 24ft fiberglass ladder to clean gutters. That works great. It is easy to assemble (tighten 10 nuts/bolts) and takes only a few seconds to connect to the ladder with two wire locking pins. Since I have large overhangs, the rack's rubber legs rested on top of the roof shingles. Didn't notice that they damaged the clapboards as some others have mentioned, but I'll keep an eye on it. I also bought mine in June 2016 and the edges of the steps weren't too sharp, so perhaps the manufacturer took note of others' complaints. unable to attach it to each rung. I have included photos of the rack attached to my 22ft Little Giant Alta One ladder that I purchased in 2011. The ladder meets rack requirements (12" center and 2" or less tread depth) but cannot be mounted where the extension rungs overlap the main rung because the two overlapping rungs are deeper than 2" (see second photo). The photo shows the ladder at full extension (where only one rung overlaps) so you can add a gap at the top three rungs. If you attempt to attach a gap to a side that is not fully extended, you will lose attachment points as the other rungs begin to overlap.
