There is a difference

We have been using MAM pacifiers for years. Our oldest used them and now they are the only one our two mont old will take. This type has a different nipple shape then the regular MAM pacifiers and our son does not like them as much as the regular shape ones. Over all they are a good pacifier and that’s why I gave it 5 stars.
