I first bought one of these to test and change up our original vintage faucets. I was very pleased with the installation process and how great the faucet looked. so i bought another one. For what I needed, the blender works great! However. After about two weeks with the faucet, I noticed what other reviewers mentioned: PROS: - Faucet looks great - Easy to install - Very affordable compared to Lowes/Home Depot (double, almost 3 times the price) CONS - Easily scratched finish - Pop-up drain can get stuck OR rise high enough to allow enough water to drain down the drain, making clogging easy. - No matter how many times you adjust the drain fitting, it WILL leak. Be prepared to use some type of sealant (like thread seal tape) around the ring once you find the leak. Overall I'm happy with the purchase considering how affordable the faucet is compared to alternatives. We intend to update our bathroom in the future so this will give us some time. The main thing I want to draw attention to is the problem with leakage at the drain connector. Even if you feel like you've done everything right, give it a try over the next few weeks. , because I almost guarantee you will have a water leak. Once you find the leak, get ready to seal it with some sort of sealant as mentioned above. Mine was from a pop up drain to a main drain connector. I almost completely changed my mind about the review as it essentially doesn't fit the meaning of "drain" when leaking. The manufacturer really needs to re-evaluate (quality control) the drain connection component. Once you get that sorted out, you should be pretty happy with your purchase. ---UPDATE: I was contacted by Parlos Home and they wanted to do this. the right to buy my faucets. They went out of their way to ensure my experience was good. You can definitely tell that the company wants to make a good, versatile product at a reasonable price and really cares about their customers.
