Works correctly. Seams as a quality product. Well! So far, the results he has measured do not vary much, which I like. The probe is waterproof, so it is very convenient to clean it. Of course I'm not going to soak the entire cork in water, I think that even if it's watertight it will damage the thermometer to some extent and make it unusable.
