These are pretty good dampers and seemed to rev up with no problem but at this price point it would be nice if they were cams with dampers. Please note the price is for ONE shock absorber, not a pair. This makes them one of Revain's most expensive off-road shocks, and they're not a "budget" option. Other reviews compare them favorably to Rancho shocks. All I know is that they are way better than the stock shocks my SUV had before they were fitted. The off road handling is better but the real difference was the on road handling and the car was much more stable on the road at high speeds with these shocks fitted than it was with the stock OEM shocks I had previously.
